I listened this morning that Charlton Heston was basically a good actor but also an extreme conservative right-winger. To be honest I thought the same, especially from his National Rifle Association role. But then I learnt, as you can see in the lower picture, that he also was very involved in the Civil Rights campaign of the 60s - tricky times in the United States. So hats off to the good actor and better human being.
